International Observe the Moon night (InOMN) is an annual world-wide public event that NASA organizes
to help celebrate, appreciate, and understand our Moon. This event occurs each year between September and October.

Join us for a Canadian edition in Mississauga where we will host various moon focused activities and telescope observing (weather permitting). 

Our local event in Mississauga this year will be held on September 18 2026, 6:30-8:30pm. This is a collaborative joint program organized by Indus Space, the Royal Astronomical Society of Canada – Mississauga Centre, and the Mississauga Central Library.
