Indus Space E-Store Products Return Policy

At Indus Space, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Please review the following guidelines for our return policy:

  1. Eligibility Criteria for Returns:
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Please take photographs of the product as soon as you have noticed the damage.
  • Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during transit.
  1. Return Process:
  • Contact our team at to initiate the return process.
  • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return and any accompanying photographs to record proof.
  • After reviewing the request if it is deemed eligible, our  team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning the item(s).
  1. Refund or Exchange:
  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Exchanges are not accepted (ie. you cannot exchange one product product for a different product category). The only exchange acceptable is if the ordered product is being replaced with a new piece due to a manufacturing defect or damage in transit.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested exchange item is not available, a refund will be issued.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  1. Return Shipping:
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns.
  1. Damaged or Defective Items:
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately.
  • Provide photos of the damaged or defective item(s) and packaging for our review.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund for damaged or defective items.
  1. Non-Returnable Items:
  • Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. These items will be clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page.
  1. Final Sale Items:
  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  1. International Returns:
  • International orders may be subject to additional return shipping fees and customs duties or taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We reserve the right to update or modify our return policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
